  • If the purchased service has been partially delivered, the client is entitled to a refund for the unused part of the payment.
  • There is a failure to deliver the agreed number of visitors/traffic within the specified period.
  • A duplicate payment has been made due to technical errors.

 

Not Eligible for Refunds

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Once the traffic campaign has already started, as traffic delivery cannot be reversed.
  • If you are unsatisfied with conversion rates, sales, or specific user actions (we only guarantee traffic, not sales or sign-ups).
  • For orders where incorrect details (URL, targeting preferences, etc.) were provided by the buyer.
  • If traffic is paused or stopped due to the website being offline, blocked, or restricted.

 

Replacements / Adjustments

  • If delivery falls slightly below the guaranteed amount, we may extend the campaign until the full traffic volume is reached.
  • In certain cases, we may offer campaign adjustments instead of refunds.

1. General Conditions

  • By purchasing our services, you acknowledge that development work requires significant time, effort, and resources.
  • Refunds are not guaranteed and will be considered only under the specific cases outlined below.
  • Any approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

 

2. Business Website Development

 

  • Full Refund: If the project has not yet started and no resources or planning have been allocated.
  • Partial Refund: If the project is in progress but not more than 25% of the work is completed. The refund amount will be calculated based on the portion of work not delivered.
  • No Refund: Once more than 50% of the work has been completed, or the final website has been delivered.

 

3. E-Commerce Website Development

 

  • Full Refund: If cancellation is requested before initial planning and design work begins.
  • Partial Refund: If development has started but is less than 30% complete. Refunds will exclude costs already incurred (e.g., design mockups, integrations, licenses, or third-party tools purchased for the project).
  • No Refund: After integration of payment gateways, product catalogs, or once the site is delivered and approved.

 

4. Web-Based System Development

 

  • Full Refund: Only if cancellation occurs before any analysis, planning, or development has begun.
  • Partial Refund: If work has started but is below 20% completion, and only after deducting costs for planning, architecture, and third-party tools/licenses used.
  • No Refund: Once system core functionality has been developed or any deployment has taken place.

 

5. Non-Refundable Items

 

  • Domain registration, hosting, SSL certificates, third-party licenses, or plugins purchased on your behalf.
  • Custom coding, integrations, or designs specifically developed for your project.
  • Delay or failure to provide content, feedback, or approvals on time by the client.

 

6. Refund Request Procedure

 
To request a refund:

  • Our team will review your request and update you within 5 business days.
  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

  • If you are unsatisfied with ranking results or traffic, SEO outcomes depend on many external factors beyond our control.
  • If your website has technical issues, penalties, or downtime that affect results.
  • If incorrect details (URL, keywords, anchor text) were provided by the buyer.

For natural fluctuations in Moz DA/PA scores, as metrics are updated by third-party tools.
 

Replacements / Adjustments

 

  • If a backlink is removed, deleted, or fails to index within the guarantee period, we will provide a replacement link of equal or higher quality.
  • If DA improvement is slightly below the target, we may extend the campaign or provide additional backlinks instead of a refund.

 

Refund Requests

 

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days after order completion. Provide your order ID, campaign details, and reason for the request.
  • Our team will review all requests within 5-10 business days.
